FAQs:
-No, you can now write one check
for both primary and general elections. You must specify on the check that it
is for both the primary and general elections.
-The
candidate must return the monies allocated for the general election.
-There are no restrictions on
how many candidates you can contribute to.
-Checks must be deposited before
the date of the general election.
-You can contribute money for
the primary after the primary election has passed.
-No corporate checks are
allowed. Must be a personal check. You can however write a corporate check to a
political action committee.
