In 1999 the Board of Directors approved the “In Appreciation” Program which provides an opportunity for an individual to honor another by contributing to the Foundation in that person’s name.
Many have taken the opportunity to use this program to recognize another physician for services provided to his/her family or for referrals, community service or other worthy deeds or achievements.
Others have chosen to use this program as an opportunity to honor a deceased friend, patient, or colleague.
If you are interested in the “In Appreciation” Program, send us a letter, enclose a check for $25 or more and the name of the person to be recognized to:
