Subject: Revised Policy Manual

WHEREAS, the House of Delegates at the 2003 Annual Meeting charged Colorado Medical Society staff with the task of reviewing and updating the Policy Manual, and

WHEREAS, staff worked closely with their councils and committees to recommend reaffirmation, amendment or sunset of each policy, and

WHEREAS, those recommendations were forwarded to the Board of Directors for further review, and

WHEREAS, the Board was diligent in its evaluation, questioning decisions and sending some back to a council or committee for additional consideration before final approval, and

WHEREAS, the final document is complete and recommended for approval, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that this Policy Manual be adopted.
