WHEREAS, Rules of Order by James E. Davis, M.D., is no longer in print, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Bylaws be amended as follows:
The current edition of The Standard Code of Parliamentary Procedure by Alice Sturgis shall govern the proceedings of any and all meetings of the Society, except as otherwise provided in the Society's documents or in the law.
