WHEREAS, the Chief Medical Officer of the State of Colorado works on behalf of all Colorado citizens, and

WHEREAS, the Chief Medical Officer should not be perceived as favoring one area of the state more than another, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the Chief Medical Officer of the state of Colorado (or the Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Health, if a physician) be granted direct (dues paying) membership to the Colorado Medical Society.
