WHEREAS, Dr. Joseph Jabaily was an active member of this society, serving on the Larimer County Medical Society Board of Directors, the Colorado Medical Society's Council on Legislation and representing Larimer County at the CMS House of Delegates, and

WHEREAS, Dr. Joseph Jabaily served an eight-year tenure on the Thompson School District Board of Education, including two years as president; and

Whereas, Dr. Joseph Jabaily actively sought election to the Colorado House of Representatives for District 51, and

Whereas, Dr. Joseph Jabaily met a tragic and untimely death on July 26, 2004, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the Colorado Medical Society arrange for a flag to be flown over the State Capitol which will be presented to his family as well as having a memorial resolution presented to the 2005 General Assembly.
