RESOLVED, that the Colorado Medical Society encourage all third party payers to set a uniform and adequate level of reimbursement for the Òpractice expenseÓ and ÒmalpracticeÓ components of any RBRVS related fee schedule used, negotiating primarily on the Òphysician workÓ component so that targeted discounts sought will affect all specialties equally.
