Referenda C & D is a modest proposal that will put Colorado's economy back on track. It is a five year time out from TABOR, allowing Colorado to keep all the revenues it already collects - for five years - to begin restoring public programs that were severely cut by the recession. The revenues will be spent on healthcare, education and transportation. The Colorado Medical Society is engaged in an aggressive campaign for successful passage of Referendum C & D.
