The CMS 2011 Spring Conference will bring together the nation’s leading experts on physician wellness and reimbursement realignment. We’ll discuss imminent changes in reimbursement, how the current health care environment is affecting physicians both personally and professionally, and how doctors can be empowered to navigate these and other transitions in their work, personal and family life.
The agenda includes a dinner and a presentation by national payment reform expert Harold Miller on Friday night. On Saturday and Sunday, we’ll discuss and help shape the new CMS goal “Physician Well Being and Success” and continue our ongoing efforts to create a Colorado physician consensus on payment reform. The CMS Connection also is planning a valuable session for physician spouses.
Joining us for this highly interactive, productive and fun weekend are Harold Miller, a nationally renowned payment reform expert and Sonja Boone, MD, director of physician health and health care disparities for the AMA, as well as other leaders from across Colorado and the country.
