The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Center for Program Integrity is coming to Denver and they want to hear from the physician community on what works well, and what can the agency do to better meet your needs. You are invited to join the federal CMS Denver Regional office, the Center for Program Integrity and the Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) for an evening session on Medicare Fee-for-Service compliance programs. They will provide a short presentation on how the MACs currently conduct medical review on Medicare claims through a process known as Targeted Probe and Educate. There will be time for questions and dialogue with federal CMS representatives and the MACs serving Colorado (Novitas and CGS).

The event will be held Tuesday, May 7, 2019, 6:30-8 p.m. at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, 1550 Court Place, Denver, CO 80202. The audience is physicians and non-physician practitioners that serve Medicare fee-for-service beneficiaries and have questions or suggestions to offer CMS about its compliance programs.
