Carolynn Francavilla Brown, MD - is owner of Green Mountain Partners for Health practicing family and obesity medicine.  AMA Alternate Delegate and Obesity Medicine Associate Advocacy Chair.  Mom, wife, and CrossFitter. 

Dr. Brandi Ring, MD, FACOG, FAWM, is a board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist in Denver.  Her specialty interests include perinatal mental health, wilderness medicine, disaster preparation, LGBTQ care, well-women care and preventative health.

Jeremy Lazarus, MD, is a psychiatrist in Greenwood Village and has been active in organized medicine, serving in leadership roles in the American Psychiatric Association, the Colorado Medical Society (Past President), and the American Medical Association (AMA Past President).

Mark B. Johnson, MD, MPH, is a former Army Lt. Colonel and public health service commissioned officer who served as executive director of the Jefferson County Public Health Department from 1990-2020.
