Connect with your peers; join the Colorado Medical Society for an upcoming educational or social event.

Physicians are under a tremendous amount of stress, and that stress has amplified during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Fitting within our goal to help physicians when you need help, the Colorado Medical Society is honored to have been asked by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to lead a series of listening sessions with Colorado physicians so we can better prepare for a future health crisis.

We invite you to register for one of three listening sessions, with two specific to specialty, listed below. CDPHE and CMS staff want to hear about your experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic: your work environment, your daily workload, and staffing support that could have alleviated some of the pressure on you.

Your insight will guide the formation of a Health Care Services Reserve Corps, through which medical professionals could cross-train to be able to serve the state in an emergency and receive a benefit for service. Read more background here.
