Living Room Conversations, created by the Colorado Medical Society Committee on Physician Wellbeing, brings together a small group of local physicians to meet in person and discuss a wellbeing topic. Dress is casual and light refreshments will be served.
There are two upcoming events this fall:
- Denver - Oct. 5, 6-8 p.m. MT
- Colorado Springs - Oct. 12, 7-9 p.m. MT
Denver - register here
Attendees of the Oct. 5 event will discuss the book "Together" by Vivek H Murthy, available at Target, Amazon or your favorite local bookstore, in multiple formats and editions. Don't worry if you can't commit to reading a book this month; discussion prompts will be relatable for all.
The event will be held at the home of Dr. Victoria Seligman near Cheesman Park in Denver, 6-8 p.m. Weather permitting, attendees will gather outside on Dr. Seligman's terrace with a sunset view of Denver Botanic Gardens. Exact address and parking information will be distributed to attendees only before the event.

Attendees of the Oct. 12 event will discuss the book "Flourish: A Visionary New Understanding of Happiness and Well-being" by Martin Seligman.
The event will be held at the home of Dr. Lisa Schlitzkus near Cedar Heights, 7-9 p.m. Exact address and parking information will be distributed to attendees only before the event.
