The bill tracker is a reference tool to help CMS members follow Colorado health care-related legislation.
The Council on Legislation will take positions on legislation throughout session. CMS positions on bills will be available here following each Council on Legislation meeting.
- Support/oppose – Advocate for and against bills through testimony, lobbying, amendments and grassroots engagement
- Monitor – Watch for adverse or favorable amendments that could affect physicians.
- Amend – Work on amendments to make the legislation more favorable for physicians.
