Legislative Event

We are looking forward to seeing you for the 2026 CMS Legislative Night, Wednesday, Feb. 11, beginning with an optional 4 p.m. session at the Capitol, and followed by an evening happy hour at the University Club of Denver.

During the 4 p.m. session at the Capitol, Senator Kyle Mullica and Representative Lindsay Gilchrist will join us to share what to expect in their committees this legislative session. Introductions will be provided by Senator Dafna Michaelson-Jenet. Following, attendees can take photos at the Capitol.

• 4 pm – Session and more will be at the Capitol in Room SCR 354. This is on the third floor of the Capitol, on the same level as the House and Senate viewing galleries. View a map of the Capitol interior here.
• 5:30 pm – Join us at the University Club to mingle with physicians and legislators, enjoy appetizers and a drink.

Potential parking options:

• The state Capitol (200 E. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80203) is 0.5 miles from the University Club of Denver (1673 Sherman St, Denver, CO 80203).
• There are many public parking garages in the area. Those closest to the University Club are located at 1669 Lincoln St, Denver, CO 80290 and 1745 Sherman St, Denver, CO 80203.
