CMS now accepting applications for the Foundation Rural Track Scholarship

Each year, the Colorado Medical Society Foundation (CMSF) awards medical school scholarships to students who are in good academic standing finishing their first or second year of a rural medicine track or program at the University of Colorado School of Medicine or the Rocky Vista University School of Osteopathic Medicine. Awards in the past few years have ranged from $2,000-$5,000 and are submitted to the medical schools to apply to the awardee’s account.

Interested students who meet eligibility requirements should submit an essay that addresses the criteria below. It is not expected that eligible candidates will meet all of the criteria. Successful candidates will have written the best essays as determined by an awards committee of the Foundation.

Complete the application and submit your essay, CV and headshot (optional) below. Deadline: April 1. Questions? Contact membership@cms.org.
