We have secured a reduced valet parking for Lodge at Vail guests of $35/day. There is additioanl affordable public parking available in the Vail Village Parking Structure. Vail’s free bus system makes it easy to get around town without a car.

Attire
Attire for the meeting is Colorado casual to business casual. For the President’s Event (Saturday evening), guests are encouraged to wear business formal or cocktail attire. Jazz-inspired attire is encouraged. Meeting rooms and mountain mornings can be cool; consider bringing a sweater or jacket.

Meals and Dietary Needs

Kids’ Camp

Hiking
Please be aware that Vail Valley has seen much higher than usual bear activity low in the valley. If you plan any hiking, we recommend knowing how to behave if encountering a bear or carrying bear spray (available at Walmart Avon).
