Supporting your wellbeing

Physician wellbeing is one of CMS’s top priorities. We know that caring for others can take a toll, and it’s vital to have confidential, judgment-free support when you need it.

That’s why CMS launched Doc2Doc Wellbeing Consulting in partnership with the Colorado Physician Health Program (CPHP). This free, confidential program connects you with a peer physician wellbeing consultant for early, pre-clinical support around workplace stress, burnout, or other personal or professional challenges.

There’s no paperwork, no lengthy evaluation — just compassionate, confidential help from someone who understands what it means to practice medicine.
